This, absolutely. And neither is self harm, or not being able to leave the house or talk to people today, or even crying. We’re taught all the time to be strong, to hide how we feel because it’s unpleasant for others - where’s the compassion in that? If there’s one thing that depression has taught me, it’s that if anyone was experiencing pain, not to judge their pain...
